The food here is good, but it needs more flavor. I found that the food lacked seasoning, and there wasn’t that burst of flavor that most Caribbean cuisine has.I would have enjoyed Costa Caribe more if the level of spice was higher. I was a little disappointed but still left happy and full.I ordered the steak with onions, boiled yucca, and beans/rice. The yucca was fantastic and I loved the rice/beans. They do make an awesome tamale as well. For drinks, I recommend the Horchata! I had a large glass and it was great.Overall good food that is worth trying. The price is a little high, but most of the dishes come out in good portions, so I guess it’s worth it.Service was great!

Empanadas, soups, fried or boiled yuca – and the tell take sign of an authentic Latin restaurant – the rice – (white) – delicious! This is genuine food that is fresh and tastes home made- a MUCH needed reprieve for people who know the difference – and for those that need to find out!
I ordered the number 25- steak and onions with the plantain. It was my first time to have plantains, and i definitely enjoyed it. The rice is white rice which complimented the dish nicely in comparison to Mexican rice. Service was helpful and fast. I would definitely recommend trying this place.
