We were in Biloxi to celebrate Dads’s 78 birthday in March 2015. We stopped in Desporte & Sons for lunch. Let me tell you – Mary Mahoneys had better watch out for Chef Tim. His Trout and touffe special is amazing. The entire deli team are wonderful. Please eat here for a special treat. Amazing. Special gold star to Chef Tim!

Can’t really comment on the food… I went yo eat her nearly a month ago.. I called in and ordered our food.. They said it would be ready on 15 mons and hour later after checking on my food repeatedly and getting rude attitude from a waitress, I was told my good was never even made. .

Dissapointed. We ate here last week. I ordered the roast beef po boy and my hubby got the soft shelled crab. It was my first po boy and I was totally grossed out my meat was greasy and shiny and wet. For 2 sandwhiches and a basket of fried fish it was almost 30 bucks. The staff was nice but that’s about it.

The hot food was way over priced. I got the shrimp poorboy for around $9 USD. It was a total rip off. I do not even think it was a foot long poorboy. The flavor of the sandwitch was ok at best and as for the $9 for the sandwitch I would of thought the shrimp would fo been bigger. I will not go back again

Mostly fried food…. They have a few dishes that aren’t fried – jambalaya, boiled shrimp and crawfish, smoked tuna – but not many. My husband’s had the jambalaya and he said it was good but loaded down with butter. It would be great if they had some broiled/grilled fish or something healthy. Don’t assume that the seafood is local/fresh because this is a seafood market (I did). I ordered crab cakes and it turned out they were frozen and purchased from a outside vendor. The gumbo was lukewarm and not tasty. Coleslaw tasted like something from the Food World deli. Sorry but I won’t be back.

All the employees treat you like family. They always love seeing our son and will stop what they’re doing to show him around. We stopped in for lunch a few days ago and Julie talked to us the whole time. Everyone that works there are always helpful and always have a smile on their faces. I refuse to go anywhere else for fresh seafood.
