Inept and don’t seem to care. We visit the coast twice a year and visit DD nearly every day, by the time we leave we can’t wait to get home to a DD that cares, makes sure the order is correct, is polite and actually moves at more than a snails’ pace. I understand that things are slower paced in the South and that is fine, but when they stop to visit with co-workers while you’re waiting for your order, it’s irritating. Two times in the last two days our order was incorrect, the first time we found out when we returned to our daughters’ home and the second time, my husband asked the clerk if the large was black and the medium cream and sugar and was assured that that was the case. When he returned, they were both cream and sugar, I agree that after the first mistake he should have checked the second order himself, but we are used to excellent service back home.
Unacceptable. I really like Dunkin’ Donuts, but this location is pitiful. The staff is painfully slow and inept. This morning (Sunday) they were out of nearly all donuts at 10:20, and still had a line out the door. The girl working the drive thru couldn’t hear or understand our order and when we pulled to the window was simply rude. This was our second try and it will be the last. Customer service is almost non-existant on the Coast, and at Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst I’ve seen. If only Krispy Kream had better coffee……….
Call district mgr. Florida. I also am from up north and grew up on DD. I was also unhappy with selections and was told the regional mgr. in Florida decides what kind and how many they make. They don’t have Toasted Coconut Cake, or Butternut Crunch, Honeydew, many of the flavors we had up north. The owner told me the regional mgr said they wouldn’t do well down south. BULL…there r so many northerner s down here its ridiculous to say that. The pumpkin donuts were awesome and moist. The coffee is the best. I buy about 5-6 lbs a month. It is much better than what is in grocery stores. The man that works drive thou is Great.. It is obvious that further training by the employees is needed. But there aren’t a lot of donut shops down here and people definitely don’t interact like they do up north. And I agree should be all flavors of munchkins and they should glaze entire donut, not just half. They need to lower cooking time on sausage, it can be tough as leather but they will redo it pronto. The owner does try to please and appreciates customer input. I have talked with her several times. This is how I know decisions are not solely hers.
The staff was friendly enough, for the drive thru. BUT the hash browns were greasy with a strange, what-is-that, off aftertaste and the tea tastes like it was filtered through a used cigarette. I know it’s discrimination but smokers should be discouraged from food service.
Very displeased. I have grew up on Dunkin.. And moved down south to the being none. was thrilled when they came to billoxi. then went to the store several different time there out of everything , no donuts no crossants, no munchkins, hello you are a donut store correct.. now I am so upset that the 4 different times ive traveled 50 minutes to get to this store has turnt me off my dunkin for a long time I have no desire to deal with such poor management and Rude staff
Dissapointment!. Donuts were stale and very little variety. I won’t waste my money again. I was excited to have one so close, but I know I’ll never be back. I’ll go to Tato Nut for donuts.
Dunkin donuts without donuts. I grew up with Dunkin Donuts and was so excited to finally get one in Biloxi. First time I went they were pretty much out of everything and only had about 3 kinds of donuts left , that was only 9 pm considering they close at 11. So gave them the benefit of the doubt came back in the morning and their selection was still very little. I bought 50 munchkins and only got 3 kinds. I know there are at least 6 or 8 other kinds at other Dunkin Donuts. I pretty much gave up after the 3rd time going their getting my hopes up hoping for something other then glazed or jelly filled. Sometimes I wonder are they too busy worrying about losing profit with having too much or worrying about losing costumer because you never have dounut!
