Horrible service nasty food. II come on Saturday and got the steak fajitas to go. I got back to work without tortillas and the chips were old, the cheese sauce was horrible. I called the place to tell them they messed my order up and spoke to a girl who said they would refund my money. I called today only a few days later and the guy who answered the phone was basically accusing me of lying about the whole thing. Do yourself a favor and go to another place this one is horrible.
Liquor RIP OFF. My girlfriends and I got completely ripped off. DO NOT ORDER THERE FISH BOWLS!!!!!! They gie you a massive fish bowl with nothing but sour mix and then you get 4 shots of tequila on the side. It was unacceptable so I ordered a LI ICED TEA and AGAIN was nothing but sour mix. This is unacceptable. Food is just OK.
This Restaurant has bean my favorite for 5 years but is gotten better resantly you shod chek it out I thenk better and better!!!!
What the………… I recently visited this restaurant and probably will never go back. The waiter meesed up my order then tried to charge me for it. He got real smarta@@ with me and didn’t want to make it right. I was one step away from calling a manager when he conceded and gave me some cash back. It was still about 4 dollars less than I calculated being overcharged (he couldn’t find the itemized receipt) but by this time I was ready to leave and just wont be back. Possible scam beware and scrutinize your receipt.
Good food, but nothing special. El Rancho has the same menu as nearly every Mexican restaurant in the Southeast. It’s clean, it’s affordable, the service is good, and they have good drink prices during Happy Hour.
Nachos were good, entrees were institutional-seemed out of a box, tamales were cold and they sucked. Only way would go back is if I ledt my wallet.
Great Mexican food in Biloxi! Very good prices as well. This has been the best priced restaurant we have been to on vacation. This included dessert. Food was real good, the meat they use is definitely high quality. The quest was also authentic and good as well. They have real good margaritas and they made me a good coffee Liquer drink as well. The waitress was extremely nice and accommodating. There were a few random decor like a newspaper article that was real high up on the wall that you couldn’t read it and a random pumpkin. They had a lot of projection screen tv’s as well with sports on. We left the restaurant happy and full!
