Horrible health score. Ate dinner with my husband and everything was fine but then we saw the health score on the wall behind the cash register. Won’t be returning.

Best around. El Saltillo on Cedar lake is Awesome. We eat here about once a month, only because it is so far from our house. They need to put one in Gulfport! The salsa seems to be homemade. it is better than other mexican restaurants.. the Chicken Enchiladas are white meat chicken and yummy… they have a california burrito that is huge and very good… and their fajitas are really good.. We have no complaints on this El Saltillo.. It is a clean restaurant and the food is good and priced good..I recomment this restaurant.

El So So. Went for a Sunday evening dinner. Things did get off to a slow start as it took awhile first to get seated and then for our waiter to show up. The chips and salsa guy showed up quickly tho’. The salsa was very tasty, fresh onion and cilantro, just a bit spicy. We had the Sunday special margaritas – 12oz. for $1.99. It was ok, neither very tart, nor very strong. We did enjoy the free bean soup – one free cup with meal. Lotsa beans, bacon, some ground beef, and even some hot dog slices. My wife had the shrimp quesadilla and I had the shredded beef chimichanga. My wife enjoyed her dish. I did not notice any seasoning on the beef. The chimichanga was only crisp on a few spots. The red sauce was also undistinguished. Beans and rice were good. Because it’s in Biloxi, there are smoking and nonsmoking sections. No smoke wafted over to the our nonsmoking section. Serving was very prompt, but once we were done it took quite awhile to get the check. Finally we just went up to the cashier.

Cosistantly Good. El Saltillo is a good place to go for lunch or dinner. Fajitas are awesome. I go often. The only complait is recently the service could be better, the servers disappear for long periods of time, making it hard to eat lunch on a limited lunch break. I would recommend going to El Saltillo’s.

Great people and food at a cheap price.

Good food, a better atmosphere than El Bosque. We will be attending Cinco De Mayo there also!
