Wtf . Ordered mushroom Swiss Burger and steak fajitas…. waited 30 minutes for our food and I had to send my Burger back 3 times and finally decided to forget it…. asked for medium rare… first time it was well done…. the second time it was still mooing the third time they gave me the same Burger I just took a bite out of and said they just threw it back on the grill…. cross contamination anyone
Terrible Experience. First off, my server seemed like she did not want to serve us. Possibly due to us not drinking or having our kids with us. Then we waited 45 minutes after ordering before she came out and informed us they didn’t have the kids meal to complete our order. Then we waited another 20 minutes. My 3 year olds were starving! The burger was good, but the fries were SALTY the wings were strange and SO SALTY. They are also severely overpriced for the environment, quality, and service. We ate here for convenience as we were staying in the hotel, but never again. 🙁
Food mediocre, service awful, very slow. Won’t be going back
Not the best of food. Had lunch at Hard Rock in Biloxi. Loved the decor with so much to look at and read. We were seated quickly and our waitress came by for drink order. We ordered 2 teas. Came with very little ice so I asked for a glass of ice. Was told they just brewed the tea–it was good but I still wanted ice–the waitress kept forgetting it. Finally, got my ice and the waitress sat down with us to take our order. Call me old fashioned but please…..I ordered chopped chicken salad with ranch on side. D ordered big ole bubba size burger well done and onion rings (he must be missing home). The burger and onion rings looked amazing. I thought the onion rings were crunchy and done just right. I like the kind with a whole ring of real onion. The burger was huge and thick and cooked until very little pink in center. My salad was beautiful! Too bad it came out on a warm plate with warm greens and cold chicken. Let me describe the chicken as about 2 tablespoons of minced fatty meat. Disappointed to say the least. Did my salad sit under a heat lamp waiting for that well done burger? I was actually afraid to eat the salad thinking about what happens to food that is the improper temperature or rather what happens to people who eat food kept at improper temp. At least I had my supper plans to look forward to…..
NOt—-. If they spent a little more on the food then the decor, this could work out to ber a great place, otherwise we will avoid it when there are so much competition for our presence in the Biloxi area—
OVERPRICED. The hostess was rude. I brought visiting family here and the hostess said sarcatsically that we could not eat there because they only take reservations. I called her out at said thats impossible. She took us to a table and said nothing to us. The waitress looked like she had just fell out of bed. She rushed us to order and wouldnt answer any questions we had. Everything on the menu was ridiculously overpriced. We tried burgers and a salad. If we wanted something that tasted good, we couldve gone to Burger king and been more satisfied with our experience. The waitress disappeared and didnt bring us any drink refills. This was a seriously sub-par experience and I will never come back here.
We’re glad we took the chance!. We overlooked many bad reviews and decided to give the Hard Rock Cafe (Casino) Biloxi a chance. It turned out to be a great evening! The food was much better than we expected based on other reviews here. But what really made the trip worthwhile was the staff. We knew we’d made the right decision when the waitress first walked up with a great attitude that lifted our spirits right away. If you have the option, ask for Kristen with the curly hair. 🙂 On top of all that, they even offered a 15% military discount, on both the food and the shop products. The view in this location is great as well.
