Worse experience in years! Do not ever eat at this place! Ordered the catfish dinner and arrived with 4 very small pieces of catfish. If you like French-fries, you will get a load of them piled underneath the little 4 slivers of catfish. A little trick to think that you are getting a good portion for your money. Listen Michael Patrick’s, if I wanted a large order of fries I would have gone through a drive thru. My wife ordered chicken alfredo, OMG! I don’t know what kind of spice that they blackened their chicken with but it is un-edible. HORRIBLE!, in every sense of the word. AVOID at all cost and save your money. The waiter could have cared a less when he was told also.
The food is pretty decent for typical sports bar items. Beer selection is good. They do tend to be slow after hours because its the only kitchen in the casino/hotel handling all the walkins and room service/to go orders. Think they need more staff in the evening.
So dissapointed !. My husband and I were so looking forward to try this place , When we got there the hostess offered us a take , but we wanted a window . She said one would be available soon if we wanted to want , She took our name wrote it down ,we stood by the front bar watching the tv,s while we watched our table get cleared ,up walks a party of 4 and another girl takes them to our table , as they were being seated we asked the hostess about it and she look dumfounded ,said be right back and walked away. When the other girl finished seating the others , she came and asked if she could help us told her she gave our table away ,,,she looked as dumfounded as the other and after a pause said I’m sorry I have another ,,,,not what we wanted , we waited 15 minutes for the window table ,then the other gal says I have another table for you in a couple minutes ,,, we said no where is the manager ,,,he walked up and said ,,they are busy and no tables available we said we know our named was on the book for next table ,,,he said so go have a drink and a table will be open soon ! We had other places to be and he did not apologize , Did not even try to make it right ,,,just go to the bar and have a drink ! The girls were acting like we put them out ! So bummed , we visit the Golden Nugget weekly and were so looking forward to having a new place . Not happening now !
Worst customer service ever! After waiting over 20 minutes for a table for lunch we were told to have a seat and we’d be seated at table in a few minutes, after waiting in seating area a couple walked up and the manger sat them before us! They had no reservation and no wait! I informed the manager about this & how we are always here and he just says sorry my mistake! He could have told the couple that the table was reserved but he refused! I will never done at that place due to the poor management and customer service! It’s hard to get a table and then to get a waiter/waitress to help you is impossible! It’s a reflection of management and poor CS!
Ordered the Crispy Chicken Salad that had chicken, pecans, cranberries, blue cheese, avocado in it, but asked to swap out fried chicken for grilled chicken. Salad arrived with fried. Sent it back. Salad came out as a completely different salad, their grilled chicken Cobb-like salad. I do not eat eggs. Sent it back. The third salad was the Cobb-like salad without the eggs. Still not what I ordered. Beyond frustrated at this point, let it show by using some choice words. Sent it back after speaking to a squirmy lil manager. He assured me this FOURTH salad would be correct. So the fourth salad finally arrived. It was lettuce, grilled chicken, and pecans. No avocado, no cranberries, no blue cheese. STILL not what I freakin’ ordered!!!! At that point I was over the whole thing. Ate the damn salad. Had it removed from bill. Will not return to this restaurant. How hard is it to swap out fried for grilled?! I mean really!! That was not a complicated request. Unreal.
