Ordered chilli cheese burger; cheese burgers, roast beef, fried pickles, drinks, cup o gumbo and forget what else. This place is very good value for money; service is good, more importantly food is great, the only thing I wouldn’t recommend that we tried was pickles (was abit too salty; too point where is was super overpowering, it’s acquired taste). Overall; great place; will be back if time allows; it doenst pretend to be up scale restuarant obviously but its very nice hole in the wall mom and pop place; worth visit if you’re in area.

There’s some lipstick on this pig. If you are looking for elegant dining, this is not the place. If you are looking for solid food at a terrific price with good service then it’s here. The outside of the building is not particularly inviting and the interior is quite dated. The service is terrific. I had the breakfast special – 2 eggs, 3 slices of bacon, hash browns, and 2 slices of toast with coffee it came to a little less than $5.Everything was cooked and prepared satisfactorily – nothing to knock your socks off, but tasty enough.
It is very good food its fresh there steaks are to die for. The breakfast is the best on the coast.The shrimp poboy is the bomb.There plate lunch is as good as it gets.OLD COUNTRY DINER
Great Breakfast!. Great food for a great price!! Very helpful and friendly staff! I love breakfast and I would choose Miss Piggy’s over chains (Cracker Barrel, IHOP, Denny’s) any day! The lunch menu had plenty of options, too, all sounding good. I plan on returning this Friday for dinner 🙂
It’s just okay. Family owned, same old same kind of stuff, fried pork chops, rice and gravy, etc etc.. Nothing the brag about. Just a lil hole in the wall place to get full.
