A bunch of Space Cadets. It took me four times to say a Carmel latte for her to actually write it down (she would just nod and forget to write it down) then she forgot what I wanted so I had to repeat the process again, then another time for the lady making the coffee. The actual Latte was horrid, it was a waterd down mess with off tasting whip cream. NOT IMPRESSED
I’ve given this place so many opportunities. Every single drink I’ve ever purchase from here was a waste of money. The owner himself is clueless about how to make a good coffee. They don’t aerate their mild properly, they used old, chilled espresso for iced drinks instead of dropping fresh shots, and even their regular drip coffee is consistently inconsistent. The staff is always rude. I am 100% into supporting small businesses over corporate chains, but the mall would be better off having a Starbucks.

Horrible Drinks. I’ve tried multiple times but keep throwing away my drinks from here. Cheap quality products, watered down sugary. The service is civil at best. I guess that’s what you get with a captive mall crowd they don’t have to try hard at all.
