  Outstanding Food & ServiceBread was Good Very Soft & butter was Tasty Appetizer: Crab Cakes . I’m from Baltimore, MD we are the home of the Crab Cakes. They were Unbelievable! Good size, taste and Flavor. True Lump Crab Meat! Entre: 16 ounce Ribeye was cooked to perfection! Ordered mine medium well & the edges were nice and crispy. Tastes like Bacon! The Steak was very tender and juicy. I didn’t need steak sauce. Great size almost didn’t eat the whole thing.Wife Entre: Petite Filet very tender and juicy seasoned to perfection. That’s all I got from her lol. Sides: The Au Gratin Potatoes I had were phenomenal. I’ve had several Au Gratin dishes, and that was by far the best. One of the favorites for the restaurant. Nice size side dish. They were baked very cheesy, and the potatoes were cut medium/thin. Asparagus: Seasoned well; very tender. The Hollandaise dipping sauce was flavorful. Sweet Potato casserole might be the best item in the entire restaurant! Once you taste one bite, they will have you feigning for more! LOL literally. It’s a side item and a dessert at the same time! By far the best I’ve ever tasted. (Had them Twice) ALL ITEMS CAME OUT PIPING HOTWE LOVE RUTH’S CHRIS!

  Update to this review: The manager called my husband last week and apologized for everything listed below and sent us a $100 gift card. Clearly, Ruth’s Chris is a class act. I feel confident they will get it right next time. Leaving this reviewup until our next experience, which I hope is soon, and that things are back to the quality we have always enjoyed. Until then, this is, hopefully, our isolated experience on a bad night or two. Looking forward to what has always been theepitome of perfection. #buttermakeseverythingbetterIt breaks my heart to have to write this review. Ruth’s Chris is a family favorite and we celebrate most special occasions there. However, the last two visits to the Biloxi location have not been up to standards, and at their prices, we expect/demand perfection every single time. There is no excuse. Last night our veal osso bucco ravioliwas nothing like it should have been. The pasta was tough and the sauce was literally a cream sauce, rather than the wine/butter/broth that the ravioli is typically nestled in. The manager was kind enough to take it off the bill, but why such a dramatic error? Then our meal came. I believe our waitress got my order wrong because I ordered redfish, which typically is nicely seasoned in a lemon butter sauce. Sadly, last night, my fish was in a bell pepper sauce and had a greasy stuffing on the inside. I am still feeling a little green around the gills this morning after eating only a small portion. Lastly, one of our guests ordered her filet medium. I HAVE NEVER sent a steak back at Ruth’s Chris in the ten years I have been eating there. One of their best tricks is getting that cooking time perfectevery time. Unfortunately, her steak was rare, rather than medium and we had to send it back. She had to wait while the rest of us began our meal. In a lesser quality establishment, I might have understood, but there simply is no excuse, and seeing as how it is the second time in two months we have had this experience, I would suggest a change in the kitchen may be in order. We will give the Biloxi location one more try, but if we do not get what we are paying for, which is perfection, it will be our last try. Get it together, folks.

  8/10 Decent service, above …. 8/10Decent service, above average food, above average price.The lobster Mac and cheese is a good side.My rare fillet wasn’t as bloody as I would prefer, but It was excellent.
