Rediculous behavior by management. Made an order. Not everything was delivered. My husband called to talk to management due to numerous times of dealing with not getting everything we are suppose to. To sum up the issue, my husband did use a foul word in frustration, attempting to let management know he would not be using their establishment any longer. Obviously manager had not gave a viable solution, not to mention was rude. Manager Wayne or Will (started with a W) was less then professional by responding back to my husband with a direct F you. Now my husband did use a foul word saying he would not use the ( foul word) establishment any longer.Tho this could have been handled better (without the one curse of the establishment) it was obvious he was frustrated with the establishment overall at this point, not a direct attack of or to the manager! But for management to respond back with rude and direct cursing to my husband was just astonishing. He was personal with his language and behavior. Due to the numerous attempts to report to management our dissatisfaction of our service and lack of complete meal we paid for , along with outrageous behavior of the manager Wing Zone on pass rd will be taken off our list of regular at home dining!
