This is some of the most repulsive ‘food’ I’ve ever had the pleasure of tossing in the trash. In an effort to prove to my son that commercials are extremely deceptive (at best) I took him to get some of that yummy looking ‘food’ advertised that he just had to have. He learns quickly, thankfully. Unfortunately, it cost me the price of two different lunches. Well, 2 trays of trash and one lunch for 2.
Whatever. Food was good. Most of the employees were nice and seemed to be hard at work. Frontline customer service could be much better. The diva at the cash register had the nastiest attitude, seemed lazy, and she couldn’t get the orders correct and blames it on the customer. This happened on a Sunday about 2 weeks ago. If you want courtesy as you pay for your food, don’t visit on Sunday.
I have no complaints!. I went to Captain D’s about a week ago. Their food is very good and is served hot and fresh. I have been inside and the place is very clean. Every time I have gone thru the drive-thru the time is excellent. Service is fast and friendly.
Flexibility in the sides. I’ve been several times (with coupon) I wish I liked cooked salmon but I go to Japanese for the raw stuff-just can’t handle the cooked I appreciate that I can get sides not fried: good green salad, steamed brocoli, very light cornmeal on the various catfish, cod. Skip the ‘crab’ thing it was awful both times I’ve had it –in Jackson and here — I am not one for cajun/creole anything. But with a coupon and flexibility on the sides I’m fine–great baked potatoes with real butter, sour cream, lots of pepper and sometimes some of the steamed brocoli on it – I usually have leftovers to take home as to the sides and eat the fish hot while I’m there I like my hot food hot, cold food cold – and they do that for me (I’ll skip the shrimp — go to Southern Seafood for po-boys etc. but they’re closed on Sunday and no food (‘cept cook it yourself fresh fresh fish/crap when the coast has it for the owner at a price he wants for his customers)But overall I’ve been pleased with my orders here and the staff are marvelous to help you out. Not a dessert person so no idea but they look good being picked up
Nuh uh. Nasty nasty
