We had a very biazzare experience tonight. We sat in the bar area at a booth. The waiter was very loud and too happy. We ordered drinks and bottomless chips. I usually love them. They were old and just crumbs basically. We had ordered guacamole dip…had ro ask twice for it. As we waited for our entrees I watched our waiter. He was all over the place. He went and actually sat down with a couple at their table very loud and crazy. At another time he was skipping with his arm around another customer out the door. I told my husband and he turned around and saw him.in parking lot turning in circles. He finally came back in and came to our table to tell us ours was next, only to come back to tell us he had forgotten to put our order in….Really??? Of all the wonderful places in hattiesburg we chose your establishment. We paid for our drinks left and went to Red Lobster.

Chili’s is Cold. This place sets the reputation of the franchise back 30 years. Like most chains in Hattiesburg the owners have no clue as to how a business is operated. The food is always bad. Usually cold. The service is horrible. Management is even worse. Wht is Hattiesburg so backwards when it comes to business. Petro Nissan is an example of not caring. That guy has the market on Nissan so he believes all he has to do is open the door. Well, people need to vote these places out with their pocket book.
This place is terrible. I’ve eaten at other Chilis locations several times in the past. None were as nasty as this one. The wait staff is terrible as well. We were here 10 min before we were acknowledged. Everyone seems to be waiting on their food as well. No clue as to what the food is like since we haven’t received it yet – by appearances it will be a while.
Actually pretty good.. Good service and family friendly. Ribs are always done perfectly and their spinach artichoke dip is wonderful. Never had a bad experience with them.
