I routinely eat firehouse twice a week since I live about two blocks from there and love it. The owner is always extremely courteous and service is great. I recently talked a friend who lives further out west to drive from the other side of town to this firehouse to stay loyal because we had gotten a coupon out of the newspaper. Web we got there we were told they would not honor our coupon because it was for the other one(even though there was no address on it) and were basically told tough. As of now I will never return to Firehouse and have already informed my friends and family. I understand if they won’t honor a coupon, but being rude is a whole other situation. Independently owned restaurants should know better.
This one is OK and all but the Flowood store in Jackson does it better
Avoid. Ripoff.. Stale bread and they only put about 10 cents worth of meat into a $7 dollar sub. Old chips and crusty condiments make this a place to avoid at all costs.
They got that fire.. Firehouse subs is really good. I’ve had almost every sandwich they offer and I can’t think of one I didn’t like. There has always been service with a smile, and great food in a timely manner. You can get in order, eat, and get back to work in under 30 min. (I was working very close)
Meatball Sub is a NO NO. A $9 sandwich combo? Really ? The meatball sub is a joke! The texture of the meat was like rubber…the flavor of the marinara was like bitter tomato paste and the bread was awful! I wont be back! Dont wast your money
