  This experience was absolutely awful. All of the staff was incredibly rude and inattentive. We sat with empty drinks for over 20 minutes and no one came to refill them. Our food took forever. There were several parties who came in after us got their food before us. Also a very dirty restaurant. The alley is right in the dining room, so you see all of the mess from the kitchen.

  Very friendly and hard-working staff! The food was good like most IHOPs (however you might need to send your over medium eggs back and let them try again to get the white fully cooked). Hubby and I ate here around 10am today – a Sunday – and the place was packed, but we were seated right away and served in a very reasonable time. Our waitress was really nice and stayed busy as a bee keeping everyone at her tables supplied with everything they needed. If you are a Golden Eagles fan you’ll be glad to know the waitresses were all wearing team jerseys to show their support.

  I have to say that the food at Ihop is good, I enjoy many of their menu items. The staff is what ruined it for me though. This morning I didn’t realize that they were no longer open 24 hours so I took three of my guys (employees) to eat breakfast. I saw they open at six now so we were talking about where else we could go. Instead of saying sorry guys, we don’t open until six or have a seat until were ready to serv, the woman runs over and locks the door. None of the employees would even make eye contact with us. The whole staff should be fired or at the very least retrained so they aren’t so rude. Good food will only carry you so far.
