Was not what I wanted at all. I requested a shaped cake and instead they just drew the shape on a regular sheet cake. I had my receipt which the lady had drawn the shape correctly but I guess no one told the baker. The cake tasted as if it had been frozen at some point too. I had requested whiped frosting and of course that was an upcharge. It ended up costing about 85.00 for a cake to feed 30. I was happy to pay until I saw the finished product. The shape they drew on the cake was lopsided and really looked like I had made it myself. I have received cakes from walmarts bakery that were 10X better and I guess I shouldnt have gone somewhere else.
Not fantastic, but not bad either.. I bought my daughter’s first birthday cake here, the help was wonderful and they did it exactly as described. Everyone seemed to be very helpful, the lady inside insisted helping take her cake to the car. The thing is she didn’t warn me that the the one sitting on top of the cake was so tall that the cake box could not close and by instinct and because there was no wrapping over the box to prevent the cake from being exposed to air and getting dried out, I of course tried closing it after getting it to my car. Big mistake, the one fell on top of my cake and messed up the design! This sucked considering it was my daughter’s first birthday! I should have been warned about this and also there should have been something protecting the cake from air since the box couldn’t close – I don’t want germs and air hitting my freshly done cake, would you? The cake did taste fairly good, not the best but not the worst.
