Really good food for a very small amount! As a college student, I come here often when I am trying to save money and looking for something that is not the school cafeteria. I personally love the pink sauce and rice. Simply delicious!

I love this place!. I’ve been going here since I was a freshman in college at USM, and I love it!The food is awesome, service is great, and I’ve never had any major problems with the food. It’s probably my favorite restaurant in town.
Mediocre quality. The price is good but don’t expect real sushi. Also they screw my order up about 50% of the time. I stopped going finally because they screwed my order up and then they got mad at me.
I love OEC. However, the only thing I go for is the rice & they satisfy everytime.
The food is decent– but very basic. Meat and rice… The hibachi is meat and rice… with carrots. Also the people running/owning the place are Chinese lol. Final verdict- it’s a good, cheap meal.
