A must not miss Hattiesburg restaurant. Delivery is a must. Note that depending on how busy they get – delivery can be up to an hour. The best time to order for delivery under a half hour is after 8pm, when they are about to close. Best Poboys in Hattiesburg easily.
The Steak Bomb is #1! It is awesome!! That is all.
Try muffaletta!!!. I’m usually really skeptic when it comes to trying muffaletta outside my favorite place in Algiers, New Orleans, but I tried Po-Boy Express’ one and didn’t regret. Although, bread was a little bit dry, still it was worth of my money. Recommend.
Steak Bomb. The steak bomb po boy from this place is awesome. It’s the best sandwich in town. Messy and delicious and very filling. The half po boy is to much for one person to eat.

Great Poboys. I had a totally positive review for Poboy Express but unfortunately the last two times I ate there the food got progressively worse. Today our shrimp poboys were terrible. The shrimp were small, cooked to death, and apparently fried in bad oil because all you could taste was grease. We only ordered the two poboys so I cannot say everything here is bad, but I can say I will not be spending 21.00 on sub par poboys again.
This is my first time trying Po-Boy Express in Hattiesburg, MS! So far, I’m quite impressed with the customer service over the phone. I called during a very busy lunch hour, and the service was STILL OUTSTANDING! What a relief! There are companies that still practice great customer service, no matter what!I’ll be back to reply in reference to the food. Let’s keep our fingers crossed.So far…so good!–Happy in Hattiesburg
