Great service. I ate at this place yesterday and the customer service was great, the food was good, but the customer service alone would make me eat there again & again.
Don’t know what’s happened to Sweet Peppers. When it first opened, it was amazing! Over the last year or two, though, the food quality has plummeted and they’ve dropped many items off the menu. The last few times we’ve had Sweet Peppers, it’s been bad. The chicken salad sandwich is primarily a ton of mayonnaise, chopped pecans, lettuce, and some oddly spongy chunks of what I must assume are chicken. It’s pretty disgusting. The potatoes are very dry and they’ve dropped most of them off the menu entirely. The other sandwiches are soggy and don’t have much flavor, and they seem to have a hard time getting the sides correct (which is a pain in the ass when you don’t notice until you’re at home). Eh, I’ll probably just start going to McAlisters or T-Bones again.
Overall seems like this location has an issue with service, however we did get out of this world service from Amanda once we sat down at our table. All other employees in restaurant could have cared less that we were there. Food was decent, honestly could have made same at home but I didn’t so that is a plus 🙂 I will most likely come back due to it being so close to our house here but my mother would have never heard about Sweet Peppers had she not been with me because it is nothing to write home about.
