I tried the West Hattiesburg location several times and have never really liked Topher’s, but having tried the Broadway Drive location I came away impressed. I had the Bacon and Blue Cheese Burger and it was really good. The onion rings were good and the service was top notch. This experience finally made me a fan of Topher’s.
Excellent breakfast! I got the breakfast platter with grits, eggs, bacon and a biscuit. The line was fast and the food tasted fresh. Really handy to have such a hearty meal in the convenience of a drive thru.

Have you been craving uninspired, overpriced fast food?Topher’s has you covered. :/ Out of the few times I’ve been there, the majority of the meals were inedible. Cold, old fries, cold hamburger, soggy mushy buns – all at a premium price. Their menu is in no way unique, their ingredients are not fresh, and their meals aren’t even made to order.But if the poor food isn’t enough to whet your appetite, stay for their abysmal customer service! When I complained about spending $24 on inedible fast food, I was promised 2 free meals. This was nice of them, because otherwise I would have never returned. But when I arrived a few weeks later to take them up on the offer, they had no recollection of the incident. They never wrote it down. The manager – some very rude old man – was completely unprofessional, staring me down as though I were a criminal attempting to rob them. He basically accused me of lying about the entire incident. I guess they get scammed out of hamburgers a lot? More likely, they are on the verge of shutting down.They closed one location last month, and I am sure more will follow. This is overpriced McDonalds food with poor management and shoddy service. So all in all, it’s a terrible place. You will find better quality food at a soup kitchen – and nicer people as well. If you are okay with throwing hard-earned money down the drain, it might be worth the gamble; but more likely, you will feel swindled as well. I will definitely not be returning, and I feel strongly enough about it to hope you don’t either.Bad food, bad customer service, poor management. I seriously doubt this place will be around much longer, so if you are curious, try it before it’s gone! (But really… don’t.)
Stopped by when passing through, WOW. Delicious burgers, friendly staff, excellent price(especially for the generous portions) best sweet potatoe fries and fried pickles/mushrooms.

Love a Topher’s burger! Unfortunately, I can’t eat it very often or I’d be the size of a house, but very good every now and then.
