After waiting 15 minutes for mediocre food, my friends and I have been waiting 15 minutes for a ticket. Not to mention, I parked in a fairly vacant lot. Thumbs down.
Great service. I just left Applebees in Columbus, Mississippi and the food was great not to mention our waitress was so sweet and efficient. We left our daughters purse and we live an hour away and the manager Lance was so kind when we called back and offered to mail it to us. We cant say enough nice things about the management, food, ad service we received while dining at Applebee`s in Columbus. It was great!!!!!

Every time I’ve eaten here (albeit only 3 times) the service has been terrible, and the food has been disgusting. The servers are rude and they disappear so you can’t even ask for anything. God forbid you need a refill on your drink, because no one is around. When the food comes out it’s half-cold and gross. I had a pasta once where the noodles were soggy and overcooked and what ended up being 3 bites of chicken. Then I had a burger the other 2 occasions and it was luke-warm and tasted stubbly of grease and nastiness… I won’t be returning to this location due to the awful service and poor food.
