Great place to go for lunch. Seems it’s where all the locals end up. Great variety in menu choices with a pick your own meat+2 theme. Also have salads and burgers. Desserts are awesome and all made in house as well. People taking whole cakes home.

Terrible service and staff! Very disappointed and do not recommend this restaurant!
I came in today with a group of four and we were told to sit anywhere. We did and waited 10 minutes for someone to bring menus or take our order. I finally stopped a server who said she would bring us menus in a minute. We waited 10 more minutes and still didn’t even have menus! We just left and ate somewhere else.
This place is phenomenal. Basic southern home cooking done right. basically a meat and 3 but they also have sandwiches and burgers. I had the meat loaf with turnip greens, mashed potatoes and fried green tomatoes. The service is also really goodand friendly.
Love it. We absolutely love Cafe on Main. It is one of the best restaurants in town and we dine their at least twice a month. My wife loves the chicken spaghetti and I love the fried chicken. All of the vegetable were good and the deserts are amazing.
