I waited twenty minutes (kid u not) this morning for my one chicken biscuit. I would had just left had I not already paid, pulled forward and waited ten minutes anticipating it to come any second after that. I understand they’re very busy, I’ve worked fast food myself for 5 years, but it’s fast food for a reason. Be fast about it. Was ONE chicken biscuit while the line behind me was served and gone.

Not standard Chic-fil-a quality. I travel all over the south east and I count on Chic-fil-a to maintain a high standard of quality from taste to service to cleanliness. In Colombus, MS, the drive through service was good but when I bit into the first chicken nugget it was clear this Chic-fil-a hasn’t gotten the memo: Change the peanut oil in the fryer! Both the fries and the nuggets tasted so bland I couldn’t finish the meal I just paid $7.79 for. Buzz kill. Needless to say I will not return to this location and will instead get my chic-fil-a fix from nearby Starkville

I’ve always loved chickfila! So glad we have one in Columbus now 🙂 shakes and waffle fries are delish and I personally think they make the best fried chicken. I don’t get it. Chicken marinated in pickle juice served on a steamed bun with nothing but a single pickle slice as garnish????? I just don’t see why people think this place is so great.
