Poor customer service. I went to eat and while I was there, I got 2nd degree burns on the tops of my fingers from the buffet table. My fingers are still not healed and it was over 3 weeks ago. The worst part was that the staff did not seem to care how severely burnt I was even though I had to ask for ice 2 times before I even left the restaurant. I even paid full price for my meal which only added insult to injury. Right now I’m trying to find a number to the home office so I can report the incident. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else or worse, anyone else’s children. All I did was pick up a spoon to dip my food. I used to enjoy the food there but don’t think I can go there ever again.

Gone downhill. We have eaten here before, and really enjoyed it, but we ate here again last night and it was awful. Both my husband and daughter got sick (not food poisoning — probably the grease). The food was basically inedible to me. The brocolli in the chicken and broccoli was so overcooked and mushy it was gross. Most of the other food on the buffet did not look fresh, and I would have gotten the hibachi chef to grill up something fresh, but no one was around to man the grill. Total waste of money.
I love this place tried it about a year ago if this is what used to be buffett city great food defintely got my vote i love this place the foods awesome the service is great my fav is the honey chick and pepper steak its the best well actually everything there ive tasted is good if your looking for a great chinese place to go to in columbus this is the place to go!!
