Yuck
Service is terrible. Food was like warm after waiting an hour. Beware!
A friend and I came in close to a shift change Wednesday afternoon. Our first waitress was slightly inattentive so I’m not sure if the blame goes more to her or our waiter that came after she left. Food wait time was 45 minutes.Food also appeared and tasted like it had been out a while.I thought it may have been that particular visit but a friend had a similar experience that
Not Good. Rolls were great, Filet had no taste at all…..
Here is the issues. I recommend this place, but it is not good for everything. Which the place is suppose to be a steak house, but that is not something to order from here. Also some of the chicken stuff (wings) which is not easy to see if it is cooked all the way. Hamburgers are great there, the home made dishes are great, and the sides are great. Service is up in the air. I am not sure if it is the turn over rate (I got a few times a month) and usually do not see the same servers. I have to admit it looks like a lot of hanging out with friends from the workers a lot of the time. So some of the times the service is not done.
Pitiful. Filet was completely tasteless.. not worth the bucks or time!!!!!
Highly disappointing. The service was fine, but the food proportions and taste wasn’t worth the price tag. My husbands wings were not even fully cooked. I don’t recommend this Logan’s. Please see my attached photo of what a $3.00 kabob looks like there. Horrible.
