I went in and ordered a to go order and they didn’t give enough food and you could see where they poured out the broth in the curry and took noodles out of the pad Thai. In short, it looked half eaten. The owner didn’t show her face when I asked for a refund and they ended up stealing $30 from me over half-eaten food. The employees didn’t take me seriously when I asked for my refund and kept me waiting for 30 minutes. To own a business that scams you with over-priced half eaten food is an embarrassment.
The food isn’t bad, but it’s very slow with terrible customer service. I watched my food sit in the window while my waitress did nothing. I have to say, it doesn’t have anything on Thai Siam!
Green curry is spicy but excellent. Service is superb. You’ll be happy with this choice.
This place is great!. Everything we have ever had is wonderful! If it is busy you may have to wait. But all the food is great!
Wish I could give a real review. We went inside, and waited to be seated for 5 minutes and were never seated. So we sat ourselves. Waited for 10 more minutes, and were never waited on. While we were waiting we watched another go up of people enter, and promptly be seated. I have heard nothing but good things about this place, but was extremely dissapointed in my experience.
Great Experience. Brand new location in downtown Columbus, great atmosphere, clean, and the wait was very friendly. All five at our table tried something different, tom yum soup, pot stickers, spring rolls and 5 different entrees. Best of all a great beer selection. We will be regulars. Try it out, you WILL NOT BE disappointed.
Great Beer Pairing. I attended my 3rd Beer Pairing at Thai by Thai this past Friday evening with friends— I knew they would have a great time. We were not disappointed!! The hospitality in addition to the great food was splendid. Please let me know the dates of the rest of these events for the rest of 2014. We had so much fun–and the food was wonderful!!! Congraulations to the chef!!!
