Ordered take out, lemon pepper chicken on a pita, with lettuce only. Got it home and the chicken had melted cheese all in it, more cheese that chicken. It was impossible to remove, was nasty. Also ordered onion straws, was very disappointed to have gotten onion, rings. Should have been told when ordered that they no longer had straws….don’t recommend them at all
It has OK BBQ, but definitely not the best we’ve had. The price was really good and nice atmosphere. They desperately need to clean the high-chairs, which were nasty enough I chose to hold my daughter instead of putting her in one of them.
Have eaten here before and it was good. Just ordered out and my dog could have made better food. Ordered BBQ nachos- stale chips, NO MEAT, NO CHEESE, hardly any sauce and our fried eggplant tasted like fried trash… An they charged us wayyyyyy too much for it. They have lost my business and I would never recommend it to anyone. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!!
Very good pork bbq sandwhich. loved the fried pickles too. very good service.
Definitely skip the BBQ nachos. Nothing special.
Very dry bbq. I got two take out plates and was extremely disappointed with the quality and quantity of the meats. The brisket was chopped up and horribly dry, though they sprayed it with their sauce. The pulled pork was simply too dry to eat. Flavorless. This is after i tried drenching it in sauce as well. their beans were good, the corn salad unique but good, but it is so disappointing that their bbq is so bad. I don’t know what the hamburgers or catfish are like, and will not return to find out.
Home of the BBQ Sundae. When you go here you have to try the BBQ Sundae. It is made of Fritos, beans, cheese, onion, pulled pork, & BBQ sauce. Amazing barely describes it. The BBQ here is good as long as you like wet BBQ. Since there are so many types of BBQ it is hard to agree on what is good and what isn’t but I can say that this place is in the top 2 in Oxford.
