Top notch food and service. I read the reviews on here and decided to give Bosun Joes a try. Boy was I pleasantly suprised. The staff was friendly, food was fresh and tasty, prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was spot on. It used to be an operating hotel in the early 1900’s and they have done a fantastic job of maintaining the historical nature of the building while providing a pleasant seafood experience.

Ruined Hotel Alice. Terrible food, they ruined Hotel Alice and what pride we had about this historical building. Catfish was fine at the Catfish One trailer and it didn’t paint itself prison gray, so depressing.

Terrible quality food. Charlie’s is better.

GREAT FAMILY PLACE.. I really loved the atmosphere and the food. The servers were helpful. This place is what America is all about.

Great Food, Great Service. I dine here frequently and have yet to be disappointed. The food is consistent, always hot and fresh with more than generous portions. If your looking for great fish and seafood at competitive prices, this is your place.

Mediocre. I have eaten at Bosun Joe’s twice now and I have to say that both times were average. I have heard that this place is so good. In my opinion, this place is a mediocre stop for seafood. I have had way better in my lifetime. If you are looking for good, fresh seafood, DON’T stopy here!
