Big Buford. I have eaten at this restaurant several dozen times in the past and my order was always Hot,fresh and right. But this time on Mar 19 I went there around 1130 AM and asked for the number One. That would be the big Buford combo. First problem was I ordered the largest fries they had and the cup they put the fries in was only 1/2 full. next problem was with the burger I told the order taker 2 times NO onion on the burger. Got home and onion was on the burger. Next problem the burger was supposed to have cheese on it and it had no Cheese. Bit confused how can it be a cheese burger with no cheese. I tried 3 time to call the store to speak with the manager and all three times the phone was busy. I don’t get it as I order from this location all the time and have NEVER had any problems till today…

They honestly didnt care if I was sitting in the drive thru; they weren’t moving until they got their smoke on. THIS PLACE IS A TOILET! And that’s being generous.
