Awful management, honestly how hard is it to manage a Chile’s properly? Long waits, not enough people working, pretty much the blueprint of how to hurt a franchise.
Dinner out. The food is ok not great.Best part of our trip there was our waiter.He made the night enjoyable with his smile and frienlyness. Cudos to the yong man named Kyle.
Not an offnight afterall. Service was abysmal and chicken was absolutely tasteless. Been at this location before and found the chicken margarita was once again horrible. No flavor whatsoever – no grill flavor, nothing. Tasted like frozen chicken that was microwaved. Service was just about nonexistent – 20 minutes to get drinks and appetizers and this is 1:30 in the afternoon – not al that busy. We did have the California flatbread appetizer (had a coupon) and it was great – very tasty, but again took so long to get out.13 Apr, 2011Offnight. Poor service, they were very busy, hostess was bussing tables so we had a long wait to get seated. Long wait for initial drink order. Place cleared a bit, so service iimproved. However, my Maragrita grilled chicken was tasteless, no flavor. Have had it at other Chili’s and it is excellent. Place is usually packed, so I expect usually things go well, but not tonight.
The chips and salsa was excellent. The fried cheese was ok. The service was good. Heather was the server. She was friendly and courteous. But then the food came. This place is horrible! I ordered the chicken fajitas… If you wanna call them that. The chicken looked like it was boiled and sliced then thrown atop a sizzling skillet of mushy onions and bell peppers. The chicken was so bland and tasteless… Wow…. What a waste of money.
Love Me Some Chili’s. Went to Chili’s tonight with my family. Haven’t been there in a long time. We all had the 2 for $20. My Mom and Step Dad had The Tortilla Chips & Salsa for their appitizers and my mom had the Quesadilla Explosion Salad and my Step Dad had the Ribs with Original Sauce and Fries, my Grandma and I had the Half Order of Texas Fries with the Cheese, Bacon and Chives with Ranch Dressing and Jalapenos, and both my Grandma and I had the Chicken Crispers, I had it the regular way with the Fries and Corn on the Cob, and my Grandma had the Chicken Crispers with the Mashed Potatoes and Apples. I know there are a lot of great things on the Chili’s menu, but it is one of the only restaurants that I get the same thing I have always gotten since I was a little kid, I love though Chicken Crispers they take me back to my childhood. I love Chili’s the food is always good and the service was great. Will go back.
Worst service Ever… Our experience at Chili’s on Friday Jan 27,2012 at Approximately 5 pm was the worst restaurant experience I have ever encountered. That says alot because before I joined the Military I worked at many restaurants. When we arrived the place seemed to have just gotten over a rush because almost every table had dirty dishes on them. There was no host/ess present to take us to our seats. We along with three other families waited by the door for about 10 minutes before someone finally took us to our seats. We were seated in a booth and the menus they handed to us were absolutely filthy the pages were stuck together and I had to use hand sanitizer to clean then before we even touched them. After we sat down and decided on our drinks and entree we were still waiting on our waiter to present him or herself. After about ten minutes of waiting we noticed there were three servers walkign around our area picking up dishes and walking around talking to other servers none of which even acknowledged us or asked for our drink order. After about 15 minutes of waiting My wife and I decided to leave. As I was walking out I noticed about four staff members near the drink station just talking and laughing. The other two families who arrived when we did also had no drinks and looked like they too were about to leave. We will not be returning to this Chili’s ever again and I will let ALL my military buddies know about my experience
Service was decent but I was with a large party. Bar was very slow on drinks (or server was slow to order them). Food was actually decent though so I’ll be back.
