We went there on a beautiful weekend and arrived at 5:40. Only about 8-10 other tables which was maybe 1/3 full, and we sat at our table for 20 minutes without anyone coming to to our table. Saw a few servers texting on phone. Never coming back.
Slowest service on the coast. We were served our food 15 minutes before we got silverware. The bar is great but don’t eat here if you want hot food!
Ok food…. Nothing like I remember the one in Pensacola or New Orleans …
First of all, the service was awful. We were wanting to sit outside and watch the band so when we saw a couple get up and leave we say down at the table. The waitress told us we had to check with the hostess because there was a wait for the table. When we did the hostess told us there was no wait and the waitress argued with my mother that she didn’t say that. She was lying and being very rude to my mother. Needless to say we asked for a new waitress and was still bothered by the lying waitress’s stink eye. The service should be taught to treat customers with respect not argue and be rude. All I have to say.
The shrimp nachos are awesome. Service was prompt and professional. Food served was very hot & fresh.
New Management Saved the Day!!. Have to say that The Dock is not just a feast to eat but also a feast for the eyes! My hubs and I were out for a rare date night and decided to hit up someplace new. We arrived to the slightly hidden restaurant that cozies right up to the water. We were lucky enough to sit outside as it was a lovely evening. I ordered the fish tacos and hubs enjoyed the black and bleu burger. They were both delicious and the portions were not over sized. The service was friendly and we even enjoyed a visit from the manager. The new management seems invested in their customers and I look forward to another chance have another pleasant evening on The Dock.
The worst in gulf coast. The service was slow, had to wait for pretty long time to be seated even they were not busy( only one table when i came in), my husband ordered an entree that comes with salad but he did not get the salad until we remind the waitress, saw a dirty table behind us and until we left that table was still dirty, how come they did not notice it? It was only me and my husband but they charged 18% gratuity on the bill. And the worst ever is they charged us $514 but the bill was $22 something. The next day i checked my bank account and shocked super shocked $514 taken out from my bank account by Dock Bar&Grill!! So we know for sure we are not coming back, ever!!
