From the friendly greeting at the door to the perfectly chilled oysters on the half shell and service it was a wonderful experience. What put it over the top was the catfish they served (we had lot’s of other fine dishes at the table) actually had the mud line removed. This, so far is the only restaurant I have found on the Ms. Coast that takes the time to do that. They have made a regular out of me with my 1st visit.
Excellent!!! Great atmosphere & beautiful view of the beach. Felixs is my favorite oyster house in the New Orleans French Quarter & they did not disappoint me here. Oysters were perfection! Shrimp was delicious! All was fresh! Prices fair & service was good. This picky gulf coast girl highly recommends!
Fish tacos absolutely awful. I’m sure they’re known for their oysters. But if you’re going to put fish tacos on the menu, at least know how to make them and make them edible. So mediocre. Tasted like week old coleslaw drenched in mayo or whatever it was with small, bland, tasteless ‘mahi mahi’ on limp tortilla. Plus wayyyy too over priced!
