My boyfriend and I went here for some late night eats and thankfully this place was open. We visited this place on 2/8 at 10:22pm. We decided to sit at the bar.We started off with drinks. I ordered a Caribbean Long Island which was an AMAZING delight. My boyfriend ordered a Biloxi Beach Blonde which he said was one of the best beers he ever had.For the entree, I ordered a blackened redfish and it came with two sides. I got broccoli and potatoes. My boyfriend ordered the blackened snapper and he ordered buttered asparagus and french fries. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our food. Service was prompt.Our bartender Jimmy H was so nice! He was very helpful when it came to deciding on our meal. My drink was amazing so I was thankful for that. He also had great conversation. I am an Eagles fan (and I was dressed in Eagles gear) and he’s a PATS fan so as you know in lieu of the recent super bowl ending there was a lot to talk. I also wanted ice cream and he got another worker to look up what time the Baskin and Robbins closed for me which was really nice of him.Overall a great experience. Food reasonably priced. My drink was $8 and the beer my boyfriend ordered was $7, food was typical entree prices (what you would expect from a place inside a casino but not outrageous).We ubered here so I can’t speak on parking but I would definitely go again!
Went to the Half Shell on the 11Aug16, I got the 1/2 doz New Orleans style oysters with a salad. The oysters are the best I’ve had, the house vinagerette dressing is out of this world. My wife had the seafood pot pie and it was also excellent. Lanie is an outstanding waitress with a very polite and professional attitude A+ rating. Besteexperience around !
