Great Service. This past Saturday, my date and I came in for a late lunch. We were seated within minutes, in one of the booths by the bar. It was a great seat, which we enjoyed. From experience in many restaurants and being a server myself; I have never had a better server than Michael. He was very polite and kind, he also made sure we felt noticed. Our drinks never went empty, our appetizer was out in a timely manner with our food following just as we finished it. I was very pleased to have such an amazing server! Thank you Logan’s and thank you Michael!
Terrible. Party of two during a slow Wednesday lunch, chopped steak ordered medium, served rare, ten minutes to even take our drink order, manager recooked our food brought back to us and said that we didn’t understand what medium was. Waitress asked if we needed almost fifteen dollars in change!!! Really! !? We were asked to give excellent scores on survey! LOL !
Chopped sirloin was nothing more then an over cooked hamburger party. The medium rare steak was served on a skillet that had clearly spent its sizzle in the window and made the steak temp be more of a medium well. The fries were cold,over salted, and not all the way cooked. We won’t be back. The water was good.
The place is a joke.. I would have thought that a plain sweet potato might have come to the table without a half stick of butter and a handful of cinnamon. The steaks were inedible. The server was mentally defective, or otherwise preoccupied; we were speaking with the hostess, when the little moron ran up with the bill in her hand. Why would anyone be happy with service like that? Once was more than enough for me.
My son loves the peanuts on the ground, so its a plus……
We are actually in d’iberville and the steak was de-lish.
Medium is pink. Have never got a true medium steak – always red/rare. service has not been great.
