Please deep clean this place. Last two visits same experience. Service ok. Food ok. Place literally stinks of bacteria and mold. They stir it up by brushing carpet constantly. Then they spray febreze or something everywhere. The floor by kitchen is greasy and slippery. Literally slipped on way to bathroom. Shut it down. Rip out carpet and clean everything. Then we will come back.
Honey Drizzle Chicken and the Cedar Plank Salmon are sooo good. The rolls are addictive. Carmen is an excellent waitress!
Jessica did a great job! She deserves a raise! Everyone was happy…that’s huge at a restaurant. Whatever the management is doing keep it up! Also free pie was encouraging.
Poor Service. We are reoccurring diners at OCharlies and have not had such poor service as we experienced on our last visit. OCharlies was not busy but our server was not attentive and seemed to be more interested in talking to other employees. Usually the service at OCharlies is excellent. We were very disappointed with our server and OCharlies in general.
Clean much?. Ate there today for lunch; sat next to half brick wall. Mistake! You seriously need to dust the plants and the brick! Dust bunnies were multiplying. What happened to the loaded potato soup? It was not as good as I remembered. Too much cheese. Tighten up and clean up!
You suck and this is why…. My order, a simple appetizer was first wrong, second burned to a crisp. My wife’s order was cool to the touch upon arrival. This after our order was apparently lost in some printer, or so we were informed. On a positive note, the beer was excellent. Our experience now explains the first question we had upon arrival….why is the place empty?
Had horrible service last night. It was a Wednesday night at 7. The bar was filthy. The bartender never wiped it off. My water glass was only half full when she sat it down. We ordered and when she sat the food down she didn’t ask if we needed anything else. Just threw it down and walked away. Our entree came out wrong so she took it to the kitchen. She was in a cussing fight with the cook that could be heard out in the dining room. A manager never came to check on us. We paid, left and have decided we would never go back there. And it’s sad too because ocharleys is my favorite restaurant to go to.
