Nastiest pupusas ever!!!! Yea they were made fresh but very salty and when I say very I mean very!!!!…. The Curtido (cabbage and onion)on the other side was insipid. The cook looked as if she had been clubbing all night and went to work the next morning. the cashier was super slow and kept insisting to get a drink we did want and ended up getting horchata witch was just awful. Over all I loved the experience.NOT!!!!! I should’ve just went to a trashcan and dumped my money in.
Delicious Honduran Papusas. Very clean and friendly service. I will be back soon for Friday tamales. Authentic Honduran food. Dona Blanca came out and met us, super nice familia.
The best place for Latin food. Sure, it takes a little longer than you would think, but that’s because they actually make it fresh to order. A lot of places just microwave the stuff and bring it out.The horchata is amazing. Don’t expect the normal food you get at a Mexican place. There is some cheese, but it’s not drowning in it. Nachos are provided as an appetizer. They are covered in a bean (?) Sauce and shredded queso. A little tapatio hot sauce makes them perfect.Entrees have pickled onion and cabbage instead of the lettuce and such you would be used to.I left feeling very full and happy. Get the Horchata. Don’t question me on this.
Very good pupusas and baleadas.Large portions and reasonable prices. The ladies running the place were great at welcoming customers and describing the dishes.A Salvadoran style tamal would be a nice addition to the menu.Good, simple, Central American food.With few to no authentic Mexican restaurants around, Pupuseria Doa Blanca is a good alternative. Not Mexican, but it shouldn’t be.
By a long shot the best and most authentic Latin cuisine on the Gulf coast. Prices are very good, service is quick and the food is phenomenal.
Honduran food… Yes please!!! This was a great find. Everything we ordered was excellent. Fresh authentic fare and very reasonable.
