Excellent food and service. I ordered the traditional wings, but received boneless instead. I quickly received a full replacement, no questions asked. That’s how you conduct good business. Highly recommended and we will be coming back.
This is a brand new Zaxby’s location. Good luck finding a parking spot or getting through the drive- thru. Deputies have been directing a beeline of what seems like a million cars full of folks hungry for Zaxby’s chicken. My husband and I started off with a plate of Cheddar Bites. Served with marinara sauce, we requested Zestible sauce instead, which is a strong tomato based horseradish. I think a sweet ketchup or ranch for dipping might be a better choice. We both chose Wings & Things plates, which come with: fried chicken fingers; wings (your choice of boneless or bone-in); french fries; Texas toast; drink and Zaxby’s sauce (almost the same as Raising Canes sauce) and celery sticks. My husband prefers traditional wings and ordered them sauceless. He said the chicken had no taste at all. I gave the boneless wings a try and they were overcooked and hard. We usually love Texas toast, but the butter (or butter flavoring spray?) had an artificial taste. Disappointing. If we return in the future, I think I’ll try a House Zalad and maybe some more Cheddar Bites.
