  Food is very well prepared, fresh and beautiful, Service is outstanding, we will be back. It open Tue-Sunday at 430 pm, Worth a drive from anywhere.

  Firstly, a little disclosure, I am the exec chef of Jourdan River Steamer, having said that, I want all of yall to know that we are using the freshest product that we can find. Fresh Royal Red shrimp, live Maine lobster, fresh red snapper, hand cut filet mignon, and ribeyes. We are an experiential restaurant, so if you are looking for a quiet cozy intimate dining experience, well honestly this isnt it! Lol! We are boisterous, fun loving group of professionals,Hank Plauche, ( head pirate of this collection) was able to round up about a dozen of us old Steamers from the original store. We were closed for 5 years, but we are back! And better than ever! If you read a review from 2012, chances are you will be able to get that same dish, and I promise you will get the same service and experience that we were legendary for!   Awesome! We have wired a long time for this place to reopen. We loved the food, the service, and the experience. The restaurant itself is beautiful.
