Gotta be a buffet fan. T…. Gotta be a buffet fan. The restaurant located in the back part of the casino had a special price of $12.95 or $2 with players card comp on Monday-Wednesday. As we arrived around 6:00 P.M. There was a line outside the restaurant that took about 15mins. to get in. The Buffett is loaded with crab legs, shrimp both fried and needed pealed also just about every fried food a Buffett usually offers. As for the food: My wife had the sea food from crab legs, shrimp, and fish. I had the pork steak, fried chicken, sausage, fried shrimp, and some of their Chinese food. The GOOD: They have a funnel cake bar. This is a must if you eat here. Servers kept our drinks full and if we needed anything they are on it. The crab legs and fresh unpeeled shrimp were good above average and worth the trip. The BAD: Chicken was dry along with the pork steak. The casino allows smoking in the building and standing in line for 15 mins smelling all the smoke was a heavy down fall for us. OVERALL: The Buffett fan will enjoy this food and with the kid friendly restaurant family can’t go wrong with funnel cake bar. If your looking for other above average food besides seafood you may not want to eat here but this casino/restaurant is located on the beach and as such you should expect good seafood and average anything else.
If you love fried foods, then this is the place for you..Somewhat disappointed in the food choices that were offered..FRIED chicken, FRIED okra, FRIED fish, FRIED shrimp amongst other FRIED foods…The tilapia was too spicy to eat but there were other choices..The Chinese section was good, the Italian section looked good to..The peel & eat shrimp were done just right as was the gumbo..Plenty of other choices too..Beets, broccoli salad & the others all tasted or looked good too !!8 STARS out of 10 STARS..Drop some of the unhealthy choices please !!
