Not homemade. I may be completely wrong but I am fairly sure these cupcakes are not homemade. I got the almond joy flavor tonight and (maybe I eat too many cupcakes) I could tell both the cake and frosting were packaged. The frosting was a dead ringer for Betty crocker. The cake portion had that chewy -ness of boxed cake. I will stick to Indulge in OS.
Very Average. Have ordered things from there three separate times hoping I had just ordered the wrong thing before. Unfortunately, everything I have ever gotten is just average. Baked goods from Wal-Mart are as good or better and much cheaper.
This cupcake/cake shop has AMAZING cupcakes and cakes. All of the cakes are very fresh and my favorite cupcake is the achin for bacon cupcake…it’s a must try!
I’d rather eat a prepackaged honey bun. I wish that I could say that the cup cakes and friendliness of the staff matched the sweetness of the decore. I have been there three times, hoping that I may have just popped up at off times, that typically it was a great place…I think I was being overly optimistic. The service was not friendly. They were not rude but definitely not winning any awards for great customer service. I felt that the last time I went there I was annoying the girl behind the counter by not making my selection fast enough. I think at almost $14 for the half dozen cupcakes I got that they can afford to wait a little and I am paying them to like it.Something odd I noticed the last day I went was there wasn’t any music in the back ground. I am not sure if that was the way of things the times before I went but I felt I couldn’t help but hear what the conversations were behind the counter. I am sure if I knew anyone that they were talking about I would have been more interested.If I were to go there and have the best cup cake of my life then I would easily not bother with even thinking about the atmosphere or the service but I really don’t like the cupcakes. They are not disgusting or bad but they are pretty much all the same four or five favors of cake and if they aren’t the white, chocolate, wedding, or red velvet cake then the only difference is that they have a very shallow little puddle of a filling that I believe is impossible to get just a little bit of in every forkfull. I will freely admit that they are pretty and the frosting’s textures nice because it forms a very thin crust but I would rather have Ugly but great tasting cupcakes than pretty blah cupcakes. I have given up and thrown in the towel. I will not be returning and I will not be suggesting the place to anyone else.
I ordered a Fathers Day cake here. It was very pretty decorated and tasted good. I got a plain cake with chocolate pudding. There was not much chocolate pudding at all which was a bit disappointing. Didn’t really get a WOW. Factor here. I could have gotten a cake from Wal Mart that was just as good but less. I presented here since I was looking for that WOW factor. Customer service was very good.
I have ordered several cakes from here and not only are they beautiful but delicious as well… I will know longer buy cakes from anywhere else. Everyone here is very polite and helpful. Thank you for such a great job.
Yuum!. I love that they have a rotating variety, and the owners are so friendly! I’ve enjoyed every cupcake I have eaten, the king cake was delicious also. My favorite is the coffee flavored icing on the chocolate cake… can’t remember the name, and I LOVED the Smore cupcake, also. Yuuuuum.
