HORRIBLE SERVICE. I am a regular at El Rancho here in D’iberville. Went there today, received my ticket and was being charged double the amount I usually am for the SAME plate of food. I have come here very often for the past two years, with different servers each time and different time of the day. They argued with me and argued with me that this was the right price. When every other time I have come here it has only been half the amount. Absolutely no customer service here and they definitely do not care about you. I will never come back here again.
We ordered (2) chicken casadillas for our kids,a chicken burrito and a steak fajita for us along with a large order of queso dip with chips and salsa. The order was cold when I got there(merely 10 minutes later). The ‘chicken burrito’ we ordered got replaced with a beef burrito and they didn’t include tortillas for my fajitas. All in all is was delicious. The order was just missing some things. Could be the fact that she couldn’t hear me on the phone and had to keep moving around the restaurant. Next time,we will eat inside.
A friendly restaurant with great margaritas. Great place to eat, people are friendly, service was good. #46 on the menu is really good, will be going back again for sure, and the margaritas are yummy. It was a great dinner experience
Can’t say I’ve ever been disappointed here.. The food and service has been great, for what it is. I’ve never had a problem here. Can’t say that about many Mexican restaurants. A
This restaurant is disgusting, horrible service & food and they will steal from you!!! My husband and I went there for dinner and ordered fish tacos which ended up being fish sticks in crusty old tortilla wraps. We also checked our bank account and saw that the waitress changed our tip we gave her from $2.00 to $8.00 and changed out the receipt to a unsigned copy. When confronting them about the overcharge they said they must have entered it in wron even though we have the other receipt that said different!! Theives!! Do not waste your time with this horrible restaurant!
Some ordinary food and some gaps in service. I had the Enchilada Supreme – four enchiladas – a cheese, chicken, a shredded beef, and a ground beef, topped with sour cream, guacamole, lettuce and sauce. The flavor of the fillings did not come through except the shredded beef. My wife’s combination platter of quesadilla, soft taco, and burrito. The quesadilla was so lightly grilled, could not tell the difference between it and the soft taco.They were generous with again mediocre salsa and chips. Prices were reasonable – 4 margaritas and the 2 entrees came to $27.We appeared to have a new waiter – significant lag between the arrival of chips and salsa and the drink order and another lag to deliver the drinks. Also forgot to bring a glass of water I ordered. Also wasn’t familiar with happy hour specials.
The service was great. Everything we ate was amazing!! Chips and salsa were on point, mango margaritas were the best I’ve ever had, our meals were hot and delicious, and the sopapillas were the perfect ending to our dining experience. If you’re in Biloxi and want Mexican food, El Rancho is where you need to go. Oh, the prices are very reasonable as well.
