Good food for good price. I had the Tavo’s combo which was a great variety combo and was very good. Loved their salsa that came with chips it had a great flavor if you like cilantro.
Now our favorite Mexican food restaurant on the Coast. My wife and I, along with other friends from Robinwood, come here often for the food, the margaritas (yes, there is a liquor license!) the friendly wait staff. Our favorite is Brenda who is just plain friendly and always makes sure we have what we need. She even warns us when Happy Hour is expiring! The food here is delicious. Normally I’ll go to a restaurant and find one meal I like and from then all that’s all I’ll ever order there. JT’s is different…I seem to find something different every time…normally it’s the special which they have presented at the entrance so you can see what you’re getting.Along with the good food and the friendly wait staff are the excellent prices. Everything is reasonable and, if you’re military or a first responder, you get 25% off your bill. That’s right – 25% – can’t be beat anywhere else on the coast that I know of.
