Braised Beef & Tortelloni. My new fav! My hubby and I ate there last week and he ordered this dish ( I usually get the Chicken Alfredo with Angel hair pasta-yum!). We ended up sharing everything! It was wonderful!
Great lunch!. My wife and I had lunch there today and as usual the food was good. We especially love the lasagna frita. I had the soup and salad. This is not glorified fast food as others have mentioned. We’ll be back.
Dislike It disappointed us It was like glorified fast food.
Glorified fast food. That’s about it in a nutshell. And a nutshell is about the serving size of their food.
Food is great service is awesome if you get Lindsey( who is by far the best server I’ve ever had and I used to be one so I’m super picky) mike d or Antwan j!!! They never disappoint even when it’s slammed packed!
I like the cheese ravioli? A lot! It is my fav! I get it everytime! Great service!!!! But high prices!
Customers don’t seem important!!. When you here, you’re family! that is the slogan for this restaurant. I surely hope they are not serious about treating there family in this manner, the service is poor at very best usually, the wait times are always long even when it is not busy. Besides that I decided a group of mine would be dining here at a certain time yesterday. I called a week in advance (knowing about the wait times and hoping my past experience about poor service was a mishap for that one night) to make reservations to my suprise they said they don’t take reservations a week out only same day. Okay we get to the day of I call early said I would like to make reservations when I told them I had seven in my party I was told I had to have eight or more. So basically Olive Garden is telling me my business is not important unless I have a party of 8 or more. We decide to dine anyways, the wait was greater than 45 minutes, the server seemed very unattached. The food that came out was wrong, and again the service was horrible to get anything fixed. Now let’s talk about taste- I believe it is no secret that olive garden uses an extreme amount of frozen foods though I cannot accuse them or verify only state my opinion (ever wonder why the chicken is always the same universal size shape and thickness?) but it seems that this particular night it was more apparent, my entree’ was luke warm in places at best. The restaurant was clean on my particular day which was a plus, also the water tasted like water another plus, I have dined here for lunch and was on the receiving end of the scheme that is mentioned below about ordering a lunch portion then when the bill comes finding out upon closer inspection that you were charged the dinner price- which I definitely thought was just an isolated incident at the time suprise suprise it happens to us all. Bottom line in today’s economy more than ever eating out is a luxury for most people the fact I choose to eat at the Olive Garden or Red Lobster across the street I’m still a consumer and I feel I should be treated as such- a valuable customer, instead olive garden appears to me to not be concerned with that starting with the reservation policy. Seven people could spend just as much as eight for dinner and drinks all I was doing was planning ahead. Previous attempts at emailing management about previous issues were unsuccessful which adds to the obvious problem there having I don’t believe I’ll be going back anytime soon there are a great deal of restaurant choices feet- literally feet from this building. Sad because I once loved this restaurant,
