For such a nice environment & atmosphere you would expect everything in the back to be good quality too… the presentation was nice I liked the little fire volcano of salt on the side but the shredded ‘crab’ ontop was bland & tasted of pepper…why pepper? & liked how the crawfish roll the crawfish was still frozen in some parts too. They have potential but they just shove out the cheapest made stuff because im sure they know most of their customers don’t know the difference… maybe the hibachi is good but the $50 worth of shushi was terrible…
Good food, terrible service.. Service is the worse! We were in a party of 10. So the tip was added to the bill. They knew they did not have to work for the tip and it showed. 30 min to get a drink when they were not busy? We will not be back.

Terrible service!!!. We went in to Osaka this evening and were not greeted, instead waited for several minutes before being acknowledged. When we finally were seated, we were surrounded by dirty tables and only our waiter was cleaning at all. It seemed like they were closing down around us and paid us very little attention. The salad was so drenched in dressing that it was not edible (literally a pool of dressing covering the lettuce) and the soup tasted like broth with chicken fat in it. The meal came quickly, and the meat and vegetables were good but the rice and noodles tasted as if they had been cooked with fish, even though there was no fish in them and they were both quite soggy. The waiter was nice but he was completely preoccupied with cleaning around us that all of our interactions were brief and he only came to bring our drinks, food and check. He didn’t check in with us at all otherwise. We left and we’re not spoken to at all. For a $50 meal, we had absolutely terrible service and food, we will not be returning.
I really used to like this place….nowadays it seems to be a hit or miss on the sushi. Service has ALWAYS been great. I’m not giving up on this place though.
Not so good food. I went to Osaka to show one of my friends who’s new to town and I wanted to impress her with the amazing atmosphere and good found but when they tould us we would have to wait 45 minutes to go to hipachi that was the first straw. They also tould us that we could get a dinning table and not have to wait. So ok we went to a dinning table and when we got our food that was the second straw.The steak was meadium rare when I asked for medium, the vegetables were uncooked, and the rice was just plain with seafood sauce on the side. I guess the only thing good was the noodles and shushi. With that kind of food I’m not going to come back for a while.
Great!. Is now our favorite restaurant again! Love the food & service is spectacular! Stopped going for awhile due to terrible service, been the new manager has made such a huge impact on staff it’s amazing! Love eating here, dining in, hibachi, & to go always consistently great.
