The gemstone is a bit dulled. Been awhile since I dined at a Ruby Tuesdays, but stopped by for Sunday evening dinner. The place is a bit dark and decor dated, but the booth was comfortable. Took a bit to get our drink order and it went downhill from there. The menu showed Stella Artois on tap, but I found that that is a regional menu and it wasn’t available at that location. My wife ordered a margarita on the rocks with salt – came without salt. They did bring a new one properly made. The salad bar seemed to be much reduced from the last time ate at RTs. Also the salad items were very, very cold and kinda stuck together and suppressed the flavor. They did have a pumpernickel type crouton that was toasted on the outside, but soft in the inside – very good. My wife had the BBQ chicken, which was good. I ordered the fish tacos, but out came chicken tacos. It took awhile, but the fish tacos arrived. The fish tacos were a case were there was too much of a good thing. They featured cheese, pico de gallo, and ranch dressing. The taco shells were toasted tortillas and actually quite good. But the other ingredients overwhelmed the fish. Supposedly spicy, but strong onion flavor instead.Because of the numerous problems, they comped us dessert without us asking. We chose their equivalent of the Applebee’s Blondie, but RT brought the brownie out cold substantially reducing the flavor punch. They tried to make amends, but bottom line was mediocre food and problematic service. Prices were OK, but not a bargain.
Food is over priced & bland, most edible thing is the burger.
There was great service great food. Only complaint was I had no room in my belly to order dessert
Good. Liked the zucchini minis.
After 7 years away, I finally ate at a Ruby Tuesday again and remembered why I was gone for so long. The food, drinks, and service were all mediocre. Way overpriced. Hope I’m gone for longer this time…
Good Food – Over Priced. Way over priced. They advertise a $7.00 burger but by the time you get drinks it is closer to 15.00 with tax and tip. Went in with my son, $30.00 for 2 burgers and 2 glasses of tea.
Best Price. Heres what I do every time. Buy the $7 burger. Add the salad bar for $2 bucks. Stuff yourself at the all you can eat salad bar and free fries refills. Save your burger for lunch tommorrow. Doesnt taste as fresh but whocares, two meals for $9
