Well I had read the negative reviews before I got to the place. We got waited on pretty fast but that’s when it stopped. We kept waiting for our food, finally arrived and then we could order nothing else as he disappeared. The place was basically empty too. Got to blame this on the management.
Well I usually love this place but tonight my husband I went to get to go food & have beers. The guy at the front told us no we couldn’t sit. I know it was a football game but we’re still paying customers. Their Facebook page was equally as rude asking if the person actually worked there… No I just talked to some random jerk who told us we couldn’t sit…
Worst BWW I’ve been to. At least 4 times we’ve left after about 30 minutes because we were seated and nobody came to help us. A few times we even asked a passing waiter to have someone assist us and they would blow us off. We just buy our favorite BWW sauces from Amazon and make our own wings now.
We went on a Saturday evening around 5pm. We had a party of 8. It was a complete disaster!!!!! The waitress was a joke. We sat there for an hour waiting for our food while people who arrived after us were already served and halfway thru eating. The food was not all that great for the price but the kicker was the tip was already added to the check! Our waitress made 7 dollars off a 35.00 dollar tab! UNBELIEVABLE!!! We will never go back!!! What a joke!!!
If you like good wings, go somewhere else!
Slow service and the food is moderate
I love this place and so does my kids, they have kids eat free night on Tuesday nights.
