Let’s start with the bread. I don’t know if Chesterfield’s makes their own rolls, but someone deserves an award for these things. My side salad had a yeast roll that was about as close to perfect as possible. Soft, warm and didn’t even need butter. When my entree came out I had a different roll. This was like a miniature French bread, with a nice crisp crust. Really great. I ordered the blackened chicken Alfredo, which was tasty. Although it seems like cream cheese was used in this recipe, which is really not the correct way to make fettuccine Alfredo. I could be wrong, but that was how it tasted. Not bad at all, but not what I was expecting. Overall, a fantastic meal!

The Zucchini breaded was very heavy and the Ahi was stringy (sign for either frozen product or a chef who doesn’t know what their doing). My wife’s Filet’ was cooked to the correct temp but it was on the salty side. My Hawaiian ribeye was ordered Midrare and came out Midwell. Sent back and returned Very rare. The sign of a chef being a smarta$$. The only thing up to par were the drinks. Simply put we will not be returning.
