Don’t waste your time!. After standing in line for almost 10 minutes today, my best friend, her daughter & myself left WITHOUT a cookie! The guy working was obviously too busy flirting with other customers to worry with us. He was fixing their ice cream but could’ve skipped all the chatter & laughter…things would’ve moved a lot faster. I do enjoy their cookies but won’t be going back anytime soon because of service!
Horrible service. While in Turtle Creek Mall today, I stopped by with my 3 year old daughter to get a cookie. The one lady working there was sitting on the floor talking on her cell phone, she saw me walk up and ignored me and kept talking on her phone. After waiting for over 5 minutes for her to get off of her phone and wait on me I left and walked down to McAlister’s, they were happy to wait on me. I told them what had happened and they told me it’s not he first time they have heard that the Classic Cookie employees are rude!
