Horrible waste of time and effort. Poor communication in the drive-thru, got my order wrong, went to try to fix, waited 20min in drive-thru line, food got cold waiting so long so asked for just a refund, whatever was quickest since I had to get to work. Chad, the manager was very unprofessional and was clearly angry with me. I left with no food and a loss of 30min of my time. I will never be back.
