Horrible. Service was bad at supper, ate in bar area, booth, waitress acted like she wished we never showed up because she was eating! Tongue rings should not be a part of the dress code….YUK! Rolls were cold, food was horrible.
Worst service ever. Went Friday night after graduation, THE worst service EVER!! Took 45 minutes to get our drinks, over an hour to get our food. Our server was operating in snail mode!! It had been a while since we had been out to eat there, and now I doubt if we ever go back. They knew graduation was that night, they should have been better prepared for the amount of people that were going to be there.
Bad Service in Hattiesburg, MS. We have eaten at the Hattiesburg, MS location 6 times over the last few months. Each time the service was terrible. Apparently, the poor service is not related to a single waiter, day of the week, or how busy the restaurant is at the time of your visit. The food is good, but the service is terrible. We will not be going back.
LOVE IT!. From the rolls to the chicken to the honey mustard. O’Charley’s is THE BEST in Hattiesburg!
Let me tell you about customer service. When a waitress double checks a food item upon delivery and discovers a problem, then tells you of the problem and apologizes on behalf of the establishment, that is awesome. Food here is great and has a casual feel, which is important to a family with children. Salmon on a Cedar plank was cooked well. Turkey burger with sweet potato fries are awesome. They have everything there. Enjoy!
Best Chain Restaurant Steak. 2 Words: Louisiana Sirloin. Best chain restaurant steak I’ve ate hands down. Packed with so much flavor you’ll be pickin it out of your teeth for weeks. Beats every steak’s flavor at Lonestar. Period.
Service usually slow. Rolls are good but sometimes they don’t let them rise enough.
